After faffing for ages trying to move my photos out of Google Photos and failing I’ve just decided to buy some extra space to continue storing them there. Even Google’s automatic Google -> Flickr kept failing for some unknown reason. If there becomes an easier way in the future (or the export to Flickr starts to work) I’ll move them out and cancel my subscription with Google.
