Where have I been in March?

I’ve been working and running. Been a busy few weeks at school but I’ve generally managed to keep the training up.

  • I’ve exercised on 21 days this month for a total of 27 hours.
  • 124.5 miles run with a elevation of 6486ft.
  • I’ve set 27 PRs on Strava segments with 17 best efforts.
  • Longest run this month was 15miles around Cheshire.
  • I’ve missed 2 planned runs this month - both easy 3.5mile runs.

According to Runna (which I’m using for my training plan) I’m still on track!
